Find your number

Find the number that's fun tonight and painless tomorrow.

One 10-second check-in each morning. Sweet Spot learns what drinks actually cost you — how you feel, how you sleep, how you train — and shows you your number.

Which one are you?

How much is the third one really costing you?

Two drinks and you're fine. Five and tomorrow is a write-off. Somewhere in between is your line — and nobody has ever shown you where it is. Sweet Spot finds it from your own mornings, then tells you plainly: this many, and you still wake up good.

How it works

1 Check in each morning. Drinks last night, how you feel today. Ten seconds, done.
2 Connect what you like. Apple Health for sleep, Strava for training. Both optional.
3 See your number. Your own data, showing where good nights and good mornings meet.

The morning check-in asking how many drinks last night, set to three, with a Continue button.
Ten seconds. Two taps. Every morning.
The Insights screen: Your Numbers reads two drinks or fewer keeps you feeling good the next day, with sleep and training lanes each reading one or fewer.
Your number, per lane — feeling, sleep, training.
The feeling detail sheet: a bar of your average feeling at each drink count from zero to five, with a breakdown listing the nights behind each one.
And what each one past it costs you.
The What if? card with its slider at three drinks, previewing tomorrow: feeling 7 out of 10, 14% deep sleep, a 5:28 per kilometre pace.
"What if?" — tonight's plan, tomorrow's price.
Your number over time: a line chart across May, June and July reading steady at two since April.
Your pattern, drawn from your own mornings.

How it thinks

It would rather say nothing than make something up.

01 Only your own data. No pooled averages standing in for you. Your patterns, your baseline, your number.
02 "No clear pattern yet" is a real answer. If the evidence isn't there, it says so, instead of inventing a number that sounds confident.
03 It never guesses past what you've logged. Ask what eight drinks does to you and it'll tell you your data goes quiet there — not a fabricated figure.
04 Private by design. No ads, no selling data, no third-party analytics. Export or delete everything, anytime.
05 It never celebrates drinking. No streaks, no badges, no leaderboards. It's a mirror, not a cheerleader.
06 Nobody's making money from this. No ads, no subscription, no premium tier, no data for sale. I built it because I wanted to know my own number — and once it existed, it seemed a shame not to let other people find theirs.

Why I built it

I never knew whether a drink here or there actually touched my long rides and runs at the weekend. It felt like it did, some weeks. But feeling isn't knowing, and everything I found either wanted me to quit or wanted me to count units — nothing just showed me my own pattern. So I built the thing I wanted. Now I don't only know that it costs me: I know by how much. Two taps a morning, a couple of weeks, and it tells you your number. Free, private, built in the open.
